Shipping policy
Shipping within Australia
We offer the following shipping options for all Australian orders:
- Standard Shipping – Small Letter (up to 125g) — $5.00
- Standard Shipping – Medium Letter (126g–250g) — $7.00
- Standard Shipping – Large Letter (251g–500g) — $10.00
- Standard Parcel Post with Tracking (501g+) — $13.70
- Free Shipping on all orders over $100
All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your items arrive safely and beautifully. All letter rates apply to orders not exceeding 20mm in thickness. Orders that exceed this thickness — even if lightweight — will be sent as a parcel.
In rare cases where packaging exceeds 20mm in thickness, we may contact you regarding a small postage adjustment before dispatching your order.
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping
We currently ship to New Zealand via Australia Post International Standard (with Tracking).
Shipping Rates — New Zealand
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order:
- Up to 250g — $16.00 AUD
- 251g – 500g — $18.70 AUD
- 501g – 1kg — $24.30 AUD
- 1.01kg – 1.5kg — $29.80 AUD
- 1.51kg – 2kg — $35.40 AUD
Customs & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in New Zealand. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Mel Maree Design Co. is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
